Help Haiti
The quake itself measured 7.0 on the Richter scale- but some of the 30 aftershocks were almost as strong, leaving the shanty-towns of Port-au-Prince in pieces. The devastation shown in photos around the internet are heartbreaking and sickening, burning bodies, amputated limbs, sobbing families, it's pure devastation. Please join in the LGBT Americans for Earthquake Relief in Haiti Campaign to support the American Red Cross. We have all watched with horror the painful images of suffering in Haiti this week. It is fitting that as LGBT Americans, we come together to show our community’s solidarity and support for those living through this unimaginable disaster.
