LOVE THY NEIGHBOR is a benefit show fundraiser that Coby Palmer, TGIF, some of the Ladies of Pride, and the host Zonies Closet have made possible.The goal of LOVE THY
NEIGHBOR is to raise as much money for the Coby Palmer Food Pantry as possible. This money will not only help put food on the shelves, but will also help to purchase new equipment (4 freezers) enabling the pantry the ability to provide even more (perishable) food to it's clients. Many people that visit the pantry have children, and it is their only way to contribute to their household. ln a time where there are so many in need around the world, people losing their jobs, and struggling in their own economic hardships, we often forget about those in our own community.
There are severalways with which you can be apart of LOVE THY NEIGHBOR.
-A $50 gift will reserve a table for 5 @ the LOVE THY NEIGHBOR BENEFIT SHOW to
be held March 12.2010 at Zonies Closet.
To reserve your table go towww.damien.org and use your credit card to "donate
now". Make sure under the Additional comments you write LOVE THY NEIGHBOR
and let us know if you want to confirm a table.
You can also drop off or send this letter/flyer along with a check made payable to
THE DAMIEN CENTER for $50 and write LOVE THY NEIGHBOR in the memo (and let
them know if you would like to confirm a table for the show).
-You can also, simply donate to the cause, by doing either of the above, and not
reserving a table at the benefit show.
-Some standing room only tickets will be available at the door for a donation cover
charge, but they are limited by the venue's capacity.
