The 2013 Spencer Pride Festival continues the tradition of Spencer Pride, Inc. in providing a family-friendly LGBTQI pride event. The event takes place on the lawn of the Owen County Courthouse in Spencer, Indiana. Spencer is the smallest town in America with a gay pride festival. The 2013 SPF will be the 7th annual event and marks a major milestone for Spencer Pride, Inc. and the Spencer community. Come celebrate with us

TIME: 12 Noon
LINE UP (staging area): north and south curb lanes of Montrose ( from Broadway to Clark) and east and west curb lanes of Broadway (from Montrose to Wilson).
PARADE ROUTE: Proceed: east on Montrose (to Broadway); and south on Broadway (to Halsted); south on Halsted (to Belmont); east on Belmont (to Broadway); south on Broadway (to Diversey); east on Diversey (to Cannon Drive).
DISBANDING area: Cannon Drive (from Diversey to Fullerton).
